Choosing between these three bikes at the moment. I would most likely pick Scott by the looks alone but it bugs me that the frame is the heaviest of the three and since I would be picking XL-XXL that means it's reaching 11kg for that specific bike.

Holy Jesus, what the fuck are those prices?! 1400€ for a Tiagra and mechanical disc brakes? Less than a year ago, I would have recommended the Rose Pro SL 105, for somewhere around 1000€ on sale with rim brakes, and 1300€ with disc brakes (hydraulic ones, because of the complete 105 group-set) – but that one has been discontinued.
Out of the three, the Radon looks okay for the price. I would also look for something with a better group-set but with rim brakes, though, especially if you seriously consider going for one of the bikes with mechanical disc brakes. Under most circumstances, they‘ll deliver close enough brake performance to hydraulic disc brakes and much better modulation than mechanical disc brakes. You could, theoretically, upgrade a bike with mechanical disc brakes to hydraulic ones further down the line, but that would require new shifting/braking levers as well, making that upgrade a rather costly one.
