I got a late start this year after not biking at all in the last two years (back injury). The last 10% was surprisingly hard. Aiming for 60km as my next milestone.

Those are my blurry knees on a Giant Revolt Advanced with gatorskin tires. It is in Eastern Ontario (Canada) on a retired rail bed. I got going in late June this year after a long layoff, not just from the bike but from cardio in general. I’m feeling better than I have in a long time… I just have to remember to take it easy on these old knees.
