
I put a 24” wheel/fork on my devotion. It looks funny but feels great… more pop, more spin, easy manuals/ wheelies. To all the geometry nerds, how does this change my geometry? Currently it’s a 73/70 front end with the 20” fork/wheel 2.4….. with the new set up the tire is 2.25. I want duplicate this geometry with a new bike built for this shape. How can I calculate the angles?

makes your bike feel less stable with the high bb and the steering should be very mellow.
I can’t imagine more spin on that when you’ve mellowed out the headtube angle significantly. Since a 24” bike typically has a larger frame setup for 24” wheels.
Do your feet not touch the front tire when steering?
Headtube angle is calculated from a horizontal line from the BB. Seatube angle is from the BB. BB height is from the ground to the centre of BB. I don’t know what tools you’d use to measure those as I haven’t gone as far as that.
Have you tried out a 22 inch?
