  1. Sounds like the bottom bracket or the pedal bearings. start to change the pedals and if that doesnt help it might be the bottom braket

  2. Seat post, stem and handlebars, pedal spindles, chainring bolts, cranks arms, bottom bracket – check and re-grease in that order

Ah good old creak searching. Not so fun. My best advice is try to isolate it as best as you can, while riding the bike that’s almost impossible to do. You can put the bike in a stand/ upside down and see if you can recreate by just applying sideways torque to the cranks to see if you hear anything. You can also remove the cranks and reassemble them outside of the bike then use a vice/ other creative methods to see if the issue is with the cranks itself, pedals, or Bb. This is if you suspect BB creak. Otherwise as others have mentioned seat rails are notorious for sounding like Bb so make sure to isolate that. From there if you only get it while applying torque while pedalling it can still be a number of things, sometimes the derailleur is not on quite right and that can cause some noise. Hub/wheel bearings and torque can play a factor though a bit less common to be quite that loud. Goodluck!
