it’s the 2009 Trek 2.3: https://99spokes.com/bikes/trek/2009/2.3 and it cost $1600 new. Since it’s so old, if it’s in good shape maybe it’s worth the $450 but it’s not a super deal.
For light trails what do you mean? It only fits fairly narrow tires so this isn’t what I’d recommend if you want more of a hybrid or gravel bike

No I wouldn’t recommend it for anything other than smooth roads. These bikes can’t go bigger than 700x28s, and that’s just not enough to do anything on. Plus that thing is not a great deal anyways, so I would just go buy a modern gravel bike for not much more and save money and time. Trust me, I’m speaking from experience.
