Lead is poorly absorbed through skin. If you ground it up and ate/inhaled it you’d absorb some.

I dunno man, make a decision without the approval of the internet. It’s a 5 dollar replaceable item. Keep it, or don’t. Just make your own decision.

Basically all butyl tubes have some amount of lead as it’s a lubricant in the manufacturing process

I’m trying to figure out if the lead is only in the brass valve part, or actually in the rubber. This Decathlon page suggests its in the valve but doesn’t really explicitly state that (because it’s not listing other ingredients required to make the brass for the valve). https://sustainability.decathlon.com/when-the-lead-in-our-products-has-lead-in-its-wings
In any case, if the tire says low lead, chances are this is the product you want to keep. Any tube that *doesn’t* mention lead is most likely higher in lead.
And just don’t lick the valve, or try to blow the tire up with your mouth. You won’t reach 60 psi anyway 😉
