  1. you would have to true it and check the tensions to know for certain. it probably wont be an issue getting it straight, but if the spoke tensions aren’t with the acceptable range, then its no good.

    I’d get a tension meter off Amazon, look up the wheel’s values or use Park Tool’s wheel tension app, get it to the recommended specs, if the wheel is still f’d then you’ll know.

  3. i’d bin it. the sidewobble is doable, yet it has a nasty radial bump (near end of video), that im not sure i could get out.
