It’s an 11 year old bike with wear on the bars, hard to tell what the cogs look like in the back too. And it looks like they’re about 2,099.00 or so new (depending on spec)
I think 1350 is high. I’d offer 950 and see what they say, personally wouldn’t pay more than 1k.
