Any pointers on bunny hops? I'm struggling with the coordination to lift my feet at the right time, and the initial pop isn't very high.
Ignore the long seat post, I've been crusing around trying to get used to the handling.

Go slower, and practise the bunny hop individually, lifting the front up with your arms, pulling the back wheel up with your feet, then put it all together, lifting front then back in one fluid motion.
I recommend giving it a couple more weeks of cruising around before trying to bunnyhop. Right now you are really stiff. Loosen up and get a feel for the bike, build some coordination and balance and then start trying. It will help tremendously. Keep practicing lifting up your front tire though, very important to feel comfortable lifting the tire. Glad to see you have safety gear and reaching out for pointers on how to get better, keep it up and post updates on your progress.
For bunny hops you literally just jump but with the whole bike. I think J hops would be easier for you personally. Go slow pull your front end off the ground about a foot and push the handlebars out and tuck the back end in
To the MOON!
Go slower, preload your body (squat) then pull the bars upto your chest push them forward. The bike willy naturally ‘olly, like a skate board.
To practice, stand still over your bike pull the bars up then push them forward, doing so you will see the action of the bikes rear wheel lifting up when you push the bars forward.
Now get on the bike and try it, don’t forget to lift your legs in a ‘hucked’ position.
Nah, just much to stiff. Maybe also very excited. A few days just crusing around could help – but you have to be much more comfortable on your bike.
