Lol, so who's the nephew here?😂 I guess the roles got reversed with uncle Roger becoming the impatient little nephew while Jun’s the mature uncle that does things at his own leisurely pace while showing how to be self reliant to the point showing modern way to quickly make your own butter & gather your own resources instead of getting everything already processed by others with who knows what happened in between. Just chill Uncle Roger enjoy as its exactly haste that makes waste & what makes you impatient, tired & stressed…

Some kids/people these days can't even recognise some basic/common herbs or vegetables on their own. There are also not many fortunate enough to have people personally carefully select & patiently cook them a healthy & proper meal because of their "busy" life they wish they'd have someone like Jun in their life who takes his time instead of rushing. I'd rather have someone take time & enjoy themselves then rush hurry, especially when teaching/showing others how to do something.

It's not that Jun can't cook quickly but there're too many out there doing that already. It's what makes him stand out & attracts those souls who rarely/can't get to do these things anymore. His video's well balanced sometimes you wish he'll just keep going on & that it doesn't end.

Sigh, that's what a rushed & stressed life does with you. You'll quit appreciating precious things take things for granted, become, greedy, impatient eager for results in the process you lose some precious things as you end up taking shortcuts & putting less effort, etc. to some people this is very bad & dangerous. You indeed should get theraphy if you this affecting you negatively or go on vacation/try doing things at leisure pace it never hurts you be more patient & take more time as that's how you can calmly face everything & grow in a healthy & safe way, isn't that's also how a real pro, wise person that can properly guide others is born? As giving yourself too much pressure while doing things isn't healthy.

Tldr: Jun teaches an important life lesson & that's to just "Take your time & enjoy the process! He can't be called a nephew anymore he's surpassed that level as even Uncle Roger came to realise/acknowledge that he has a personal problem.
