Yes. I had a Fuji mountain bike from the 90’s that I put hundreds of miles on during my 20’s. When I moved out of my house I sold it as I didn’t have anywhere to put it. It was light, fast, fun, and a perfect fit for me. I eventually got back into biking and have something comparable now.

  2. Yup. Trek Jetta edition mountain bike. That thing not only let me climb like a billy goat but made me look and feel invincible on the trail. Climbing hasn’t been the same for me since selling it.

  3. Nope. But my brother wrecked one of mine badly that I would have rather wore out. He was a bit wrecked too though. So there’s that.

And I bought a bike for an ex that I miss more than I miss her. I paid for it and it’s gone. I regret it 🤣

Jamie Dakota XC. Loved it. Miss it everytime I look at bikes trying to find something similar.

  5. I sold my Velo Orange Piolet and instantly regretted it, but the buyer sent me pictures of them riding it, and it made my heart full.

I sold my Pace RC529 and instantly regretted it, but the buyer sent me pictures of them riding it, and it made my heart full.

I’m just happy that they are being ridden 🙂

  6. Absolutely. My first “real” bike, a 1st gen Surly Karate Monkey, and a Trek 520 I sold for gas money to move across the country. I needed the money, but boy do I wish I still had the bike.

  7. My first bike, it was a Bridgestone. I gave it to my friend and he ended up selling it. I never sold a bike again after that.
