It seems to be Ultegra level 10Speed which is very good. It’s difficult to tell the condition, the only negative is its age (maybe ~2010 IIRC). However if it’s well looked after not really a worry. Price wise my feeling would be $800-900 AUD ( Maybe US $450 or so). If the condition is good and running gear not too worn. P
