For riding in flat terrain or in hills?
How windy is tour place?
In my case no way I would go for single speed. I love their clean looks, but hat to climb with them.

Single speed will be more aesthetically pleasing but the 10 speed will be more practical for commuting. Up to you, bike looks great!
