I wonder what’s going on with the front wheel though. Your handle bars looks straight yet your tire looks crooked.
Maybe the seat needs alignment too? And do those cranks have dust caps?

I used to own a 1981 Koga Miyata Proracer (1 tier below the model that won the TdF that year) and honestly it was the best bike I ever had.
Unfortunately it was one size too small for me (frame size was stated as 54 but it was actually 52).

Beautiful, the Koga blue really is something special. I believe they used a silver base to get this deep metallic look
