Its an old Suntour cassette, they are known to bei quite tough to get off. That's why I want to ride this as long as possible before figuring somethinge else out.
I would the rust seems superficial and there’s not broken or bent gear teeth

Suntour cassettes are expensive on eBay, might as well ride this until its dead and then get a new wheel that uses an HG freehub or a freewheel

I would clean it.

Put new chain on.
Ride hard.
If chain skips then toss the cassette

Apart from being dirty and a little rust the damn thing looks unused. Clean with some degreaser and then use WD-40 and a metal bristle brush to get the surface rust off. After that just chain lube and try to store the bike where it’s not getting beat up by the elements.

I’d pretty much have to because finding a replacement isn’t going to be easy.

What is wrong with it? Wash, lubricate and it will be like new

~~That’s a freewheel~~, and beyond a little wear on 4, it looks perfectly serviceable provided it’s still spinning and engaging well. Old stuff is exceptionally stout wear wise.

You must be able to see for yourself that it’s not worn down and that it just needs cleaning.
