Yes it’s an integrated seat post with a topper. It is cut to fit. The frame is Brick Lane Bikes (BLB) Viper.

Called an integrated seatpost or seatmast I think, cut to size for rider. Bike looks sick, hadn’t heard of that frame manufacturer before, kinda tempted!

Essentially you’re fit for the frameset, seat post get cut to your preferred size. On one bike I have some room to go up or down, on my track bike i have it set to my max saddle height. You can always go up but it’s a bit tougher to go down

My Little Wing has a seat mast like that. I went to my lbs and got a fitting and they cut it down to the right height.
