That seems fair to me. You couldn’t build it for less and probably you could get almost that much by parting it out. If the tires, chain, cassette have a lot of life left I would go for it. It’s almost the end of the season so I would be tempted to offer $1800 cash but I wouldn’t let $2000 stop me if I wanted it.

That seems like a good deal. Trek had a price of [$2320 just the frame](https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/bikes/road-bikes/performance-road-bikes/domane/domane-sl/domane-sl-gen-3-frameset/p/35073/?colorCode=red_black).
I’d toss out $1700 and negotiate from there. Seems a tad high for a mechanical group, but I don’t know the road side things as well as the mtb.
