Sounds like an Italian bike dealer got a custom frame made, and now that they’re out of business the bike is on sale? Your currency is Dollars though, so no idea what this thing is doing in the US.
In any case, an Alu frame from an obscure brand with Campy sounds like trouble to me, which group is it do you know, Chorus or something else? 240 bucks isn’t horrendous but personally I would pick something from a more known brand, feel a bit secure knowing it’s not someone’s frankenstein project out for sale.

Definitely worth the asking price. The Campy gruppo alone is worth more than 220€?

The name is Class Alu-Carbon
Campagnolo 9-speed group
Aluminum crankset 53/39 teeth
Fizik Antares saddle and Deda handlebar
LOOK quick-release road pedals
Ambrosio rims on Campagnolo hubs
Schwalbe 25c tires at 80%
What an odd find. The website written on the stay doesn’t go anywhere: http://www.ciclibrass.it/. If you search for Cicli Brass, it leads to a Google Maps location for a cycle store that’s permanently closed: https://maps.app.goo.gl/jWfYnkhT6VC5gYk58
