Bike looks shorter than normal, obviously a fixed gear, 1:1 gear, no idea what kind of seat. Anyone know more about the bike or the amazing rider. This video gives me ideas I know will hurt alot but probably be fun.

I think she’s doing the Bicycle Boogie from RAD.
[This is called Artistic Cycling](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artistic_cycling). The bikes are not exactly “custom” but they are highly specialized.
A relatively similar bike is used for [Radball](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c1j5DlVRucM) and the events are often sharing the same event. It is very Germanic.
Just a generic fixie with some custom parts and inverted bars.

Many artistic cyclists use Langenbergs. A 26″ belt drive is about 3000 Euros
She has a video on some of the technical aspects of her bike. I think she does mention its a hand made frame.
