  1. I would say replace. It’s only the top of some teeth on both rings at the same angles! maybe you hit something ? Doesn’t look like normal wear..

  2. It’s a stamped crank. You can’t replace the chainrings without replacing the crank. Just run it.

  3. That’s not wear, that’s how it’s supposed to be. There’s a few shorter, flatter teeth, so the chain can get a bite easier when you shift but still keep the same retention with the longer teeth.
