For the most part yes, you have to do your homework and figure out the difference between the two bikes. I.e., fork length rear wheel spacing size, seat post diameter, and bottom bracket

  2. They need to have the same following dimensions:
-frame head type (tapered or not and size)
-frame head height (new frame must be same height or less)
    -seat tube inner diameter
-bottom bracket type (press fit or threaded)
    -bottom bracket size
    -rear axle diameter and length
    – max rear rotor size (new frame must be same or bigger)

  3. Should mostly fit, the Ragley has modern standards like boost spacing, tapered headset and a 73mm threaded BB.

I’d also buy all new cables and brake hoses, even if the old ones fit it’s good practice to do it while you’re swapping frames anyway.
