Also deciding between Campagnolo Proton or Neuvation R28 Aero 2 for the bike, opinions appreciated!
The modern crankset and bb setup is so much stiffer than old stuff
That Dura Ace 7400 group that’s on it is pretty sweet though.
Please get a new saddle!
Also, I like the DA cranks. Next would be the aluminum Chorus. The carbon cranks would only fit if you intend to “modernize” the rest of the gruppo.
Carbon crank probably goes best with the paint, but then you’ve got to at least sorta match the seatpost, stem, calipers, and shift levers to it.
Are you planning on cold setting the frame?
