Looks like it just unscrewed itself. Screw it back in and tune up

Screw it in 75% of the way in, go to the back and pull all the tension out of the cable at the derailleur. Adjust accordingly. If that doesn’t fix it make sure that your derailleur hanger is not bent. If that doesn’t fix it consider how old your drivetrain is and if it needs to be replaced
