That’s a real Ortlieb system, can’t remember the name. It has an oval/circle instead of just a single rail in order to allow for a wider range of mounting spots. I’ve got old back-rollers with one rail, and old sport-rollers with the oval/circle.
Can’t see anything alarming about this.
