I think the American standard is 22m and the Euro is 19m.

It’s a 8 spline 19mm spindle. Your best bet is to buy the exact same replacement spindle for your crank set. I’m assuming something is stripped on the crank set? If the threads are stripped inside the spindle then you will obv need a new spindle or try to clean the treads up with a tap.
If you buy another brands spindle; your compression bolts may have a different thread pitch and/or different size diameter bolt, plus the washer head may be different as well.
