Loved seeing your video on Carabacel. We just returned from Nice three days ago. Yes….please add more neighborhoods around Nice. As someone mentioned, all the videos about Nice have the same topics. It was wonderful to see such different topics as well as apartments around that area. Your videos on eateries are great, but fun to see stores and shops etc. Keep doing the neighborhoods. Musiciens could be next?

We love love Nice and have been so many times from the UK. We are thinking of buying a property in Nice to live in for 6 months of the year, so it would be lovely to see other neighbourhoods. By the way, I knit a lot and regularly visit La Droguerie, it is the best!

New to your channel and loving it. You are such a charming couple! Just a few suggestion to draw in more viewers:
1. Please focus more on rentals. Most expats moving to France are retired and don't want the responsibility or big upfront expense of purchasing, but would rather rent furnished units for flexibility. And please show the rental price along with the lease length.
2. Also, please show more rural rentals for those seeking the peace and quiet of the famed french countryside. Most people seeking this type of rental want something no more than 30-45 minutes outside a big city for their shopping, dining and entertainment convenience.
3. And please show how easy it is to live there if you don't know any French. Or how welcoming an area is to the LGBT+ community. And what the crime statistics and general safety is per area.

Great Video! Are you currently living in Nice? My wife and I are in our late 50s and live in San Diego, California. We are planning to spend part of the year (4-6 months in Europe) to be closer to our son and grandkids. We love the Cote d’ Azur and its central location to Italy and other parts of France.
