    you’re more than likely going to have to get new cables throughout ‘cause i don’t think the flat bar will have enough cable to route up and around the bends of the drops and onto the brifters OR get in-line barrel adjusters for both the two brakes and one for the shifter then just add cable length as needed

    As others have said you might need new cable. Definitely new brifters required.

    If you don’t want to do that an option might be the Surly corner bars (or similar). They’re in between a drop bar and a flat bar. You can rig up your existing brakes and shifters to them.
