Likely loose stem bolts.  Make sure there’s no play up/down in your fork outside the shocks, that is. (If there is, loosen the horizontal bolts at the back of stem, tighten the nut on the stem call until it goes away) Then tighten the stern bolts at the back, torque specs should be on the stem.

If the handlebar isn’t loose and spinning around while the fork is stationary, likely you can just turn the handlebar straight again by straddling the tire with your knees and legs to keep it locked and twist the handlebar to get it back to straight and then ride home to retighten the stem.

  3. As said above, pinch bolts on the back of the stem are loose. Loosen them a bit more, rotate the stem to align to the wheel, tighten the pinch bolts to the specified torque. I’m assuming you don’t have a torque wrench, so tighten them until you can’t easily rotate the handlebar while holding the wheel still between your legs, then give the pinch bolts another 1/8th to 1/4 turn.

  4. This is why regular bolt checks is important, but yo reduce this use Loctite 243 on all bolts on the bike including the stem pinch bolts.
    Even rear derailleur adjustment bolts.
