  1. You literally absorbed the entire jump.

    Your legs was practically already full extended at the transition ( the part of the jump where it goes from the ground to the the ramp ) and you let the bike come up to you as it rolled up the ramp.

    You need to delay the timing so you are actually releasing the energy at the top of the ramp.

    Start slow and then gradually build up the speed. As you go faster, the timing will get shorter and you will feel more energy going into you and the bike. Which is why you should start slow so everything happens at a much slower rate. You will not get any air going slow but it’s just to have your body get familiar with the feeling.
