I’m looking into getting a bike just to ride roads, concrete trails, nothing too serious.
I’m curious about a few different options and the price point. Any input is appreciated. Pictures are in order of the bikes listed below.
2014 Trek Verve 3 (20” frame) for $120
Trek 820 18” frame, 26” wheels for $160
Giant Rincón 26” tires for $130
Trek 4500 26” tires for $150

I would probably forego the suspension fork but of these I would take the Verve.
You are posting bikes of more than one frame size. What height are you? You want to get something that fits well.
The Verve 3 and 820 both look to be 2014 models. The 820 has low end Tourney groupset. The Verve 3 has a mix of slightly better Altus/Alivio parts.
The Rincon looks like a 2003 or so, with mixed Altus/Alivio parts
The Trek 4500 has Alivio groupset but looks like a 2002 model to me. Pretty old.
In this price range if you can find a bike without front suspension you might be better off. It’s going to be a pretty bouncy suspension fork in need of maintenance, a bike with a solid fork and large tires run near the low end of the pressure range will weigh less and absorb less of your pedal force.
But of the bikes shown here I’d say the Verve 3 if it fits you.
