Loose freehub? (Microspline) (Alexrims DR850)

Yo!

I’m constantly having a problem. Cassette lockring keeps rubbing derailleur hanger. Lockring gets worn out.

I have both endcaps.

I took the wheel off and noticed something odd about the freehub. Is it just me, or should these ratcheting teeths be embedded deeper?

What can I do to fix this?

Can’t yet open the hub from the non-driveside since I can’t remove the brake rotor. Tools are ordered for that already and waiting for them to arrive.

Is there something funky going on with the axle itself, some loose nut or what is this?

Oh, and I see that the freehub needs cleaning.

LBS couldn’t help. They didn’t know how the rear axle works.
