That must’ve taken a great deal of focus. I could never do that. I’d get bored.

Reminds me of the FatCyclist “Hundred Miles to Nowhere” challenge, only twice over on this case

(The challenge was to ride the most boring century possible.)

  3. Loved in St. Louis for 10 years and it was killing me to not recognize the map with “St. Louis Park” but apparently this is in the great white north?

  4. Grew up biking this trail, as I lived in SLP and commuted to Uptown frequently. Not only props to you for doing 200 miles, but holy shit is that such a boring stretch west of Bde Maka Ska. Props to you.

  5. I know of a 30 route that I sometimes double for a metric, but I find it boring. This, this takes the cake. I’m guessing you are a one cereal for life kinda person.

  6. I’m dying to know your mental process during this. Did you just zone out and go full on zen mode? Or was it gruelling? If the former please give me some tips lol

  7. I did something similar, I got 148 miles with 87 feet of gain. It got boring but it allowed me to push the distance. Nice work!

I know this route well-congrats! Fairly easy to traverse without too many disruptions.

Were you tempted to try to loop Bde Maka Ska/Harriet/Chain at least once?
