    That is not a cassette, but a freewheel. It is difficult to remove. In my case back in the day i ended up buying a new rear wheel with a real freehub and a cassette because that was easier.

    If it’s early dura ace, I think you need two chain whips. Smallest cog unscrews and the rest slide off.

  3. Does anybody know if you can use a newer/regular HG cassette with these hubs?

    Like if you keep the smallest cog as the lock ring with all the other cofs from a new cassette??

    This is a uniglide freehub, it needs 2 chain whips or you fidle a chain whip on the cassette while the wheel is installed having the normal chain engaged. It will be hard getting a replacement cassette, there where some that worked for uniglide as well as 7 speed hg but it looks like this freehub only supports uniglide
