Im 187cm (6feet 1.6 inches) and on a ragley big al xl (500mm reach + 35mm stem). I had to go xl mainly because these style of bikes are hard to find near me and I got it second hand, Ragley’s website recommends xl’s for people 190cm and up. Seated I feel a little stretched out but standing feels good. I don’t have many references for modern geometry and sizing so I would appreciate your thoughts.

Looks to be pretty good but you might be a bit stretched out like you said. How much steerer tube is left above the stem? If you have room push it up some and that will help push the bars back ever so slightly. Saddle height seems correct, could always try sliding it forward to bring you closer to the bars if you have room.

The stem is way too short. Your arms need to be more to the center of the front axle
That stem looks like the shortest you can get or very close. I would be looking to lengthen that a bit and maybe a riser bar to keep your riding position up but beyond that I’d say it fits
