It’s a saturae c50 if it helps. Tape is sort of gritty like duct tape. Not smooth and plasticky like other tubeless tape I’ve encountered.

No it isn’t
Looks like gorilla tape, I’ve used similar instead of rim tape. Although then again due to the size of the valve hole probably not.

No, tubeless tape is very smooth and is backed with adhesive.
I had success running tubeless setup on this kind of stock rim tape. But, no, it’s not tubeless rim tape.
