I crashed my carbon bike. The worst damage looks to be on the right chain stay. Is this just paint damage or is it possible the carbon is cracked underneath?
I reached out to a carbon repair shop, but have not heard back yet. Wondering if anyone here might have additional insight. Thanks!

Well it looks like it could be a crack, but i am just a strange layman on the internet. Wait for repair shop’s opinion.
There should be a crash replacement program for that bike that’s pretty affordable.
Yeah, it looks like a crack… but don’t panic. Carbon fibre is repairable and while it’s not cheap, it’s usually much cheaper than a new frame. Plus if you find a good repairer, they’ll do a great job matching your paint. Good luck!
