I am 6’4 and I’ve constantly had my eye out for an XXL 80’s-90’s hardtail. I paid too much for this ($100) but was glad to get a 23’ frame for any price around here. It’s a ‘92, original owner, with the original tires. The owner was 70 years old and bought it from the local dealer when “I think I was in my late 30’s”. The frame is somehow even larger than my 25’ road bike. I don’t really want the triple Bio gears but they look ok with just a little wear. still runs fine and will run great with a tinker and new gum wall 26×2.0 slicks. Surprisingly it’s lugged with Japanese rims.

Woah for a minute I could have sworn that was a mini velo!
Also 6’4” here and I’m stoked for you lol. Almost never see this type of frame in my size.
$100 for a solid lugged frame in a sick colorway and a rare size is not overpaying in my opinion. Great job
Im 6’3 and I found a high plains that’s just a few years older I think. It’s also an XXL frame that’s with the same decals just in green, I love it.
Is that really only a 23″ frame? I ride a 22.5″ Trek 830 and your bike looks much bigger. Either way, what a sick score! That paint job is mint!
