Looks like the caliper has moved and the rotor is rubbing on it .

Rotor rubbing on the caliper. You have to remove caliper, reset the pads and reinstall making sure the caliper is centered over the disc. Hopefully the pads will center themselves. If not, you might have to rebleed your brakes to get them to cooperate.

A quick shortcut to try: (1) loosen the bolts that attach the calipers to the fork, (2) squeeze and hold the brake, (3) retighten the bolts while holding the brake.
Sometimes that’s sufficient to realign the rotor/calipers.
Also: clean those rotors with rubbing alcohol. Dirty rotors can squeal when braking even when everything is aligned properly.
