Found this for my partner, who expressed an interest in a more agile bike than her 84 Trek 620. It came equipped with 700x23s but the vertical dropouts and ample clearance made way for 650x42s with enough room left for carefully installed fenders if she should like.
It’s a Marinoni with Columbus Brain tubing. Now I want one for myself- the swap was a breeze compared to others I’ve done.
