    The A screw is for moving the cage of the derailleur up and down (front to back?). The idea being to limit the amount of space between the top pulley and the cog. I believe you want to adjust the H screw. In the 3rd picture you can see how it’s “limiting” the range. If you were in the largest gear you would see the L screw limiting travel. I can’t tell from the image because it’s not dead on, but something may be bent, such as the frame, hanger, cage. If so, it will not be right.

    If it were me, I’d start with a little cleaning and lubing to ensure everything moves freely, then I’d start adjusting. Also, I don’t know this particular derailleur, but I’d bet the cable should be passing through the hole before it makes the tight bend to the bolt. Hard to tell from the image.
