That’s a road bike frame, a conversion is doable but I’m prefer a fixed gear frame. Assuming it doesn’t have any real damage (dents, rust) then I’d say $50 is fair
assuming its fine in terms of dents & rust, yeah. The fork looks well made, and i spot a reynolds 531 tubing sticker on the seattube, so should be a decent quality frame
