How to prevent this bearing lock ring from unscrewing? I've tighten it few times already but after 30, 40km ride it unscrews and starts dancing on axle…how tight should be?should I remove wheel before tighten it?

isn’t there are nut to counter it? any useful quality axle got two nut rings on both sides to counter and secure it.
