The regard doesn’t offer two „mounting points“ in that sense. It offers afaik the option to mount a Tubus Tara like the cube nuroad. You’re probably not able to bolt a cage to that fork like you are with the grizl. I’m not 100% on the Tubus info, but Cube and radon are kind of intertwined and I’d be surprised if those were different forks on the two bikes so I’m deducting that info. Make sure to get in touch with the manufacturer to confirm this.
Edit: radon’s website says it’s a lowrider option but doesn’t say anything about the load capacity. So maybe get that figured out before deciding. Cages are lower profile, but lowriders aren’t bad at all. Probably a bit heavier though.

It is more like one mounting point vs. 3, not 2 vs. 2.
One point would still work fine, especially givwn that the manufacturer seems to be ok with adding a load to the fork. The only issue I see is that those cages would need to be strapped to the fork and you would not be able to remove them quickly.
