Doesn’t look too bad. Is the bead seated the same all the way around ?
That’s the unevenness of the tire. As you ride high spots will wear faster than the low spots and eventually even out.
That’s definitely excessive. Do you have dried up sealant under the hooked part of the rim?

I think it’s normal. I’ve had worse than this on new Gatorskins – frustrating consider the cost of these tires!
That doesn’t seem good enough to me for a new tire. If you are confident in all other aspects, I would return it if it’s new. Fuck that shit. Those things are too pricey to not not ‘leveled’ properly.
