Had this frame set up as a brakeless tracklocross (fixed gear), then added some breaks, surly crosscheck fork and surly rack then found an alfine 8spd hub and built a wheel with it, cold set the frame from 120mm to 135mm to make it fit on the drops, upgraded the shifter to a thumb shifter from Microsoft, the frame is not really meant to have fenders so I made them work with some clamps and by drilling the bridge near the bb, frame is designed for 35c max, managed to fit some 38c, got a Thule rack that attaches to any bike, got a fairdale attachment for my skateboard, I keep adding bits and bags, I recently added the box for the front rack and got artsy with it.
