Just bought this cannondale synapse for $280. Any idea what year it is? The guy selling it thought it was 2010 or 2011, but I can’t find this colorway in any of the catalogs. Also was $280 a decent price? Thanks!

That’s a 2000s synapse. I think $280 is a good deal.
Another few years earlier based on the low spoke count wheels and the tapered fork. Looking at the catalog archives I think it is an 2006 Synapse Carbon 2. Though it has a different fork and crankset than the [picture in the 2006 catalog](https://vintagecannondale.com/catalog/). A functioning carbon bike for under 300 is decent.
