From PSI in the upper 20's it will empty out the tires pressure in thirty or so minutes. I tried tightning it but it's not rotating anymore. I just bought some replacements. Did the threads just get damaged somehow?
Do I need to replace the valve stem?

Did you try just replacing the presta valve core?
Can you just tighten the presta core in the stem?
Honestly I would use a tiny bit of Teflon tape as my next step
Is this a tube, or a tubeless valve?
Also you could try just removing the core and putting a little grease on the seal between the core and stem. If it’s the center seal in the core leaking instead of the fixed, outer seal then it’s better to just replace it.
