Crust bikes always scream basket-packer to me. Sweet front rack with a Wald 137 would be first if I owned this bike.
I would do small front panniers on a low rider rack, bidouns in the main triangle, small/medium saddle bag, 2 stem bags and a top tube bag. If you needed to pack for longer than a week, I’d add a handlebar bag.
My buddy has the same frame / paint scheme. He has it set up with 650b wheels and 2.1” tires and it fucking rips!

Front rack and rando bag, full frame bag, two feed bags and dayglo bike nuts.
Probably similar to my current setup.
