Sorry, not how that works! No identifying features whatsoever in your photo.
My best guess based on the color and the fact that the wheels look like they *might* be 700c…

Well, that’s a vintage bicycle that someone refreshed with a basket (and possibly other details on the handlebars that we can’t see but you might have noticed)
You can get one by going to your local classified ads platform and look to buy a used one, same step through frame, possible different color or something you like even more.
The. Proceed to upgrade it yourself or taking it to your local bike shop and have them do the upgrades under your creative direction.
