You need to remove the red strip and install a proper tubeless tape.
As wide as the whole rim, so larger than the current red strip.
Then you are ready to go.
I don’t believe the ACE series of rims from Alex is tubeless compatible. Meaning that the bead hook is not designed to be airtight. Doesn’t mean you can’t give it a try, I have run several non tubeless rims setup tubeless in the past, but they also failed more frequently then my other setups.
